Situated between Bungendore and Tarago in Goulburn Mulwaree shire, this 119 hectare (296 acres) of grazing land is waiting to be developed. The property has mixed types of fencing into about six paddocks and has 7 dams.

The road frontage onto the property is 250 metres situated beside an old quarry and the rural fire shed. Just inside the gate it opens out to about 430 metres which is flat with some good building sites facing north and power/phone reasonably close. I also had 2 bars on my Telstra iPhone.
There is a track going through the property and at 700 metres where the front paddock ends it opens out again. From here it is approx. 1 kilometre wide x 1 kilometre deep.

There is a two stand shearing shed and a 2 room fibro cottage which both need repairs.
