Far off the road on these 40 hectares are two Cedar clad buildings. They have mains power connected. The smaller building, which was built in 1993, has a steep pitched roof, one bedroom, living with wood heater, bathroom and loft but no kitchen or laundry.
The bigger cottage is the same style but has a bedroom downstairs, a good sized kitchen, also wood heating, a split air-conditioning system, upstairs there is a bedroom off one side of the landing and a bathroom and built-in robe off the other side. The laundry which also has a toilet is off the enclosed back veranda. The house had a landline but has been disconnected. Final council approval was granted in 1996. There are a couple of garden type sheds and a 2-bay open shed made from bush poles.
The land which has a 100 meters boundary with the Nadgigomar creek is all fenced but needs repairs. The soil is a mixture of sand and clay, has no pasture improvement program and not much opportunity for grazing in its current state.
